2 A Group Partner term is one year and is an agreement ‘at will’ where Focus On Networking can withdraw the license at any point should performance be unsatisfactory or if there are substantiated complaints about the Group Partner.
3 A Group Partner is not an employee and is responsible for their own tax and national insurance.
4 You will not share member information with anyone without prior written permission of Focus On Networking Ltd and this obligation survives your tenure as a Group Partner and at the end of this agreement that all data shall be passed to Focus On Networking Ltd.
5 You have the right to renew your licence monthly with the payment of the current members’ subscription. lf you do not intend to renew your licence then you must give Focus On Networking 2 months written notice and help facilitate a change of Group Partner. If the members’ subscription is to be increased Focus On Networking Ltd will give the Group Partner 2 month’s written notice.
6 The current membership (1st Feb 2012) subscription is £95.00 on joining, thereafter £45.00 per month.
All subscriptions are paid monthly by Standing Order.
All monthly subscriptions include both membership and breakfast meeting fees.
The current split (1 st Feb 2012) is based on Membership = £20.00 per month and Breakfast Meeting Fee (including breakfast) = £25 per month.
This is based on 25 breakfast business meetings per year.
If members wish to pay annually the subscription is based on the monthly rates less 1 months fee
ie: £95 + 11 x £45 = £590 -
Renewing annually: 12 x £45 = £540 -
7 The Group Partner will be paid 75% of the monthly Membership Fee.
This will be paid monthly in arrears via Bank Transfer, BACS or Cheque, based on the number of members in the group and have paid the previous months Standing Order.
Example:
Monthly Membership Fee = £20.00
Group Partner receives 75% of Fee (£15.00) per month
15 members in Group paying by Monthly Standing Order
15 members x £15pm = £225 per month
£225pm x 12 = £2,700 per year
25 members in group = £4,500 per year
8 The Group Partner will be paid for ALL members of their Group(s) INCLUDING themselves.
If for any reason a refund is made to a member, then the relevant commission will be ‘clawed back'. As membership fees rise, Focus On Networking will continue to pay the membership commission at the same rate (ie 75%)
9 Focus On Networking also organise other separate events. The Group Partner will be paid 50% (after venue costs) of any of their Group members attending these events.
10 The Group Partner will be offered various Focus On Networking products and services to promote to their group. Any sales that are a direct result of the Group Partners promotion will entitle the Group Partner to a payment of 10% of the fee paid to Focus On Networking. The commission is paid monthly in arrears.
Commission payments might vary and any changes in commission structure will be notified in writing with 30 days’ notice. For the avoidance of doubt, the client must confirm in writing that their attendance on a Focus On Networking programme or use of a Focus On Networking service is directly because of the intervention of the Group Partner.

The Group Partner will keep any payment from visitors (made on the day of the meeting) and this amount will be deducted from that months commissions.
12 All venue contracts are set up via Focus On Networking and Focus On Networking will settle all breakfast meeting invoices. Arrangement will be made to charge the Focus On Networking Debit Card with the agreed amount.
